Everyone plays on their own iPhone or iPad. Make sure each person is signed in to Game Center (Settings → Game Center). Then tap New game, choose the rules, and tap Invite family and friends. Players take turns whenever they're ready, and the app lets them know when it's their turn.
Tap Play the computer on the home screen, pick 1 to 3 computer players and your rules, then tap Deal. The computer players take their turns on their own. This doesn't need Game Center or an internet connection.
Tap Pass and play on the home screen, enter everyone's names and deal. After each turn the app covers the cards and shows whose turn is next, so you can pass the phone around the table without peeking. This doesn't need Game Center.
Standard: Aces 15 (1 when low in A-2-3), 10s and face cards 10, 2 to 9 face value.
House: Aces 15, 10s and face cards 10, 2 to 9 are worth 5.
Custom: set your own values.
Play to a target score (500 by default) or for a set number of rounds.
The free version shows a banner on the home screen and a short ad after a game is finished, never during play. To remove all ads for good, open Settings (the gear on the home screen) and tap Remove ads. If you've bought it before, tap Restore purchase.
Check Settings → Notifications → Rummy, and make sure you're signed in to Game Center. Pull down on the home screen to refresh your games.
Your stats live only on your device, so deleting the app removes them. Online games are stored by Apple in Game Center. You can manage your Game Center account in Settings → Game Center.
